These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Bloom Marbella website and all purchases made through it.By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
1.1 Bloom Marbella provides floral arrangements, gifts, and delivery services within our delivery zones.
1.2 All products and services are subject to availability.
1.3 In the event of supply difficulties or seasonal limitations, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or products of equal or greater value and quality. Where possible, we will contact you to confirm substitutions.
1.4 If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will notify you and process a full refund within 7 days.
2. Pricing
2.1 All prices displayed on the website are in EUR and include applicable VAT.
2.2 Prices may change without notice.2.3 The price at checkout is final at the moment of purchase.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 You will receive step-by-step instructions during checkout and must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information.
3.2 We accept most major debit and credit cards.
3.3 By clicking Pay Now, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3.4 We do not accept orders from customers under 16 years of age.
4. Delivery
4.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and phone number of the recipient.Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or additional delivery fees.
4.2 Same-day delivery is available within our operational hours and delivery zones when order volume permits.
4.3 Delivery fees:
– up to 5 km: 10 €
– up to 25 km: 20 €
– 30 km and above: priced individually
4.4 Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
5. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 To request changes or cancel an order, contact us by email at support@bloommarbella.com as soon as possible.
5.2 Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
5.3 Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, refunds may not be possible after creation or dispatch of the product.Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
6. Complaints & Customer Care
6.1 If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
6.2 Complaints should include photos and your order number.
6.3 Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
7. Website & Service Availability
We aim to keep our website and services fully operational, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
8. Promotional Codes
8.1 Promotional codes are valid only for purchases made on bloommarbella.com.
8.2 Codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
8.3 Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, images, branding, and content on Bloom Marbella are the exclusive property of Bloom Marbella and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
