To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

 Full and correct delivery address

 Recipient’s phone number (mandatory)

Additional instructions for courier (optional but recommended)

Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or extra charges.

If the delivery cannot be completed because the address or phone number is incorrect, 

we may not be able to offer a refund due to the perishable nature of flowers.

Important delivery information

Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week within our opening hours:

Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00

Sun 10:00–16:00

For same-day delivery, please place your order by 15:00 whenever possible.

On Sundays, same-day delivery orders must be placed before 14:00.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Orders placed after this time may be delivered the next day unless otherwise agreed.

We currently deliver to the following regions on the Costa del Sol:

 Malaga – Marbella – Estepona and surrounding areas

Delivery costs are calculated based on driving distance from our shop:

Up to 5 km — 10 €

Up to 25 km — 20 €

Over 30 km — individually priced (please contact us for a custom quote)
