FAQ – BLOOM MARBELLA
1. How do I place an order?
You can order online by selecting your bouquet or gift, adding any extras (card, candle, ribbon), entering the recipient’s delivery details, and completing payment.Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) as displayed at checkout.
3. Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes — same‐day delivery is available in many locations on the Costa del Sol when you order before our cut-off time (typically 15:00 local time). Delivery times depend on your delivery zone and order volume.
4. What are your delivery areas and fees?
We deliver from Malaga through Marbella to Estepona and nearby areas. Fee structure (as example):
Up to 5 km: 10 €
Up to 25 km: 20 €
Beyond 30 km: custom or by enquiryPlease ensure the address and recipient phone number are accurate to avoid delays or extra charges.
5. What happens if you can’t fulfil my order?
If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute of equivalent value and quality. If you choose not to proceed, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 days of the intended delivery date.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because flowers are perishable and many items are made-to-order, cancellations may not always be possible once preparation has begun. Refunds depend on the stage of fulfilment.
7. What if the delivery information I provided is incorrect?
Please check that you’ve entered the correct delivery address and recipient phone number. If contact cannot be made due to missing/incorrect information, delivery may be delayed and additional fees may apply. In some cases, we cannot refund orders if we are unable to deliver due to wrong information.
8. How should I care for my flowers after delivery?
To extend the life of your bouquet:
Trim the stems at an angle every 1–2 days
Replace the water with fresh water, optionally with flower food
Keep the bouquet in a cool place, out of direct sunlight or heat sources
9. Do you offer flowers for weddings, events or corporate occasions?
Yes — we’re experienced in providing bespoke arrangements for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, and home or hotel decoration. Please contact us to discuss your event.
10. What is your refund / returns policy?
Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is a fault with the product or a delivery failure on our part, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review case-by-case and may offer a refund or replacement.
11. What about promotional codes / vouchers?
Promotional or voucher codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Typically only one code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
12. Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
Yes — our flower shop is located in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella. You’re welcome to visit during our opening hours:
