All floral sales are final. This includes bouquets, arrangements, plants, and any customized floral designs.

 

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged flowers upon arrival or a delivery error), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and ensuring a satisfactory experience.
